On December 8th, join us from 2pm to 4pm for a festive wreath workshop at the Toronto Plant Market greenhouse at 327 Bering Avenue. You'll learn to create a contemporary evergreen wreath using local materials while enjoying delicious hot apple cider and snacks. Embrace the beauty of nature while minimizing your environmental impact.
In this hands-on workshop, you will:
Discover the art of wreath-making: Our florists will guide you through the entire process from start to the finishing touch.
Work with natural and sustainable materials: We'll provide a wide variety of locally-grown, sourced, and responsibly foraged materials. Your designs will be built on a fully compostable wreath form.
Create a unique wreath: Express your creativity and personalize your wreath with your own style and preferences. You can bring your own bow too!
Enjoy a festive atmosphere: Sip on hot apple cider, eat snacks (our lovely host Katie is a professional private chef), listen to holiday music, and connect with fellow nature enthusiasts.

Growing Tkaronto Floristry is Toronto’s only sustainable floral studio committed to using 100% Ontario-grown flowers and foliage. This commitment extends to our winter program, because a significant amount of evergreens used by Toronto florists are shipped in from BC, Oregon, and Florida. By using local materials, we reduce our carbon footprint and support our local ecosystem.
