The Hyacinth colors are bright and lasting and the fragrance is outstanding. Hyacinths can be used in many ways, for example in formal beds or groups, scattered in the border between ground covers and perennials or in small clumps in front of evergreens. They can also be used for window boxes. Hyacinths are hardy, deer resistant and like other bulbs, easy to grow in well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade.

The Hyacinths can be planted in Fall when the soil temperature falls below 13 degrees to make sure they root well. Make sure to wear gloves when planting, as bulb dust may cause a harmless skin irritation. Bulb dust can be easily washed off with soap and warm water.
